It Stickie Policies: Digital Art & Designs

Custom Digital Art & Designs: We offer custom digital art services, including seamless designs, tumbler designs, and glass cup designs that are all created in-house by us. Each design is made with care and attention to detail, designed to suit your specific needs. Here’s what you need to know:
 

  • Custom Requests: To place a custom order for digital art, seamless designs, tumbler designs, or glass cup designs, please contact us directly via our It Stickie VIP Facebook group. This is the best way to discuss your vision and ensure you get a personalized design.
     

  • Creation Process: Once your order is confirmed, we will begin creating your custom design. Depending on the complexity and quantity of the design, this may take 10–14 business days for processing.
     

  • Approval Process: After the design is completed, we will send you a digital proof. Please review it carefully and provide feedback. You’re entitled to two rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. After this, further revisions may incur additional charges.
     

  • Final Delivery: Once the design is approved, you will receive your custom digital art file via email, in the format you prefer. All items are available as digital downloads only—no physical products are shipped.
     

Digital Products: All designs, including seamless patterns, tumbler designs, and glass cup designs, are provided as digital downloads. These products are for personal or business use depending on your purchase agreement. Please note that:
 

  • Usage License: When purchasing a custom digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design as agreed upon. For commercial use, please contact us to discuss licensing options.
     

  • No Physical Products: We do not ship physical products, and all orders are for digital downloads only.
     

Refund & Return Policy:

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all custom digital products are final sale once the design is delivered. However, if you experience issues with the design file (e.g., corrupted file), please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will send you a corrected version.
     

  • Custom digital art will not be refunded once completed, but we will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns before the final download is made available.

📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Stickies and your 3D cuties! Here's how we handle any hiccups:

  • No returns or exchanges on custom items or sale items—including custom 3D prints.

  • We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged in transit.

  • No return needed, but please email us clear photos within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll issue store credit or a refund, whichever you prefer!

  • Applies to both stickers and 3D printed items. We pack everything with love, but sometimes mail gremlins happen!
     

🔐 Privacy Policy

Here’s how we handle your info (with glittery integrity):

  • Emails are collected only when you opt-in for our newsletter or promotions.

  • We use a few trusted third-party tools (like analytics and email platforms) to keep your experience smooth and sparkly.

  • Our website collects basic customer info to process orders and personalize your visit.

  • We don’t share, sell, or use your info in any weird or shady way. Ever.
     

📜 Terms of Service

By shopping at It Stickie, you agree to our creative and respectful terms:

  • All products, including decals and 3D prints, are either originally designed by us or used with proper licensing/permissions.

  • Our designs are for personal use only—please don’t resell, redistribute, or use them commercially.

  • 3D printed items are not toys, are not suitable for children under 10, and should be kept away from extreme heator prolonged direct sunlight.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms as our shop grows (and glows).
     

🚚 Shipping Policy

We ship all things Stickie with lots of care and confetti!

  • Shipping is within the U.S. only.

  • Stickers and most 3D items are ready to ship.

  • Custom 3D prints (available only via our VIP Facebook group) may require 10–14 business days for processing, especially if you're ordering multiples or color variations.

  • All orders are shipped with tracking included.

  • Items are carefully packaged to arrive safe and happy at their new home. If something goes wrong, let us know!
